3 Dos And 3 Don'ts For Natural Wrinkle Remedies

1st Don't. Don't use hot water for washing your face. Even if you do want a hot shower, just avoid using it on the face as it can strip out some of the essential oils. Actually the steam from the hot water will open the pores and gently cleanse them.

2nd Don't . Don't eat processed foods and fried foods. Give preference to antioxidant rich foods such as fruit, vegetables, fish and nuts.These will fight the free radicals and will help you in your natural wrinkle cure.

3rd Don't . Do not be influenced too much by the brand name or indeed by the price of the product. Don't buy any natural wrinkle remedies with synthetic ingredients in them and check out the company's policy on these.
