I was thinking about buying this for my niece who is 13. Does it smell good? What age group is this best suited for?

It is definitely suited for her age group. I think it smells like burnt cotton candy, but kids really love it. You also can't go wrong with any of the Britney Spears perfumes like Fantasy or Curious. Those are very sweet smelling and youthful.
